If there is no business to conduct the meeting will be cancelled.

Planning Commission meetings take place on the first Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m.

Please contact the Secretary for guidance on subdivision and zoning matters one week prior to any meeting when official action of the Planning Commission is desired. Citizen’s do not have to be on the agenda to speak during the Public Comment period. The chair reserves the right to limit individual comments to a specific length of time to allow comments from all who wish to be heard.
